Stewed Beef Brisket with Radish

Cut the sirloin into pieces and blanch with cooking wine for later use.

Heat the pan and add the green onion, ginger, pepper and saute until fragrant.

Add the sirloin and stir fry.

Add light soy sauce and sweet noodle sauce and stir fry evenly.
5.
Pour the fried beef into a saucepan and add water to cover the beef.
6.
Put star anise, cinnamon and bay leaves.
7.
Put white radish.
8.
Turn the high heat to a low heat and simmer for an hour.
9.
Out of the pan.
