500g beef brisket
2.
1 white radish, peeled and cut into pieces

5.
The whole beef brisket is blanched in a pot of boiling water to remove blood stains
6.
After the pan is cut into pieces, rinse with running water
7.
Heat the oil in the pan and stir-fry the sirloin until the water is completely dry
8.
Then add 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, 1 spoon of soy sauce, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, ginger garlic chili star anise, etc.
9.
Stir all the seasonings and sirloin evenly to make the sirloin color
10.
Then take a saucepan, pour the fried beef brisket, add appropriate amount of water, add 2 small pieces of rock sugar, appropriate amount of salt, and simmer for 1 hour on medium heat
11.
After the sirloin is simmered, add white radish and simmer for 20 minutes.
Tips:
After buying the sirloin, soak it in clean water to remove part of the blood; the white radish is easy to stew, so after the sirloin is simmered, put it in the stew for about 20 minutes. The taste is just right.
