In winter, let’s use this bowl of soup to warm our stomachs. Anyway, winter is to replenish energy. Beef is a good choice!

Stewed Beef Brisket with Tomatoes

1. Cut the sirloin into the cold water pot

2. Slowly heat it to force out the blood in the beef and pick it up for use

3. Stir fry ginger garlic and onion in hot oil

4. Add dried chili, Chinese pepper, star anise, cinnamon and wild sansho pepper

5. Add beef and stir fry, add cooking wine

6. Add pepper and stir fry, add tomatoes and stir fry for juice

7. Transfer to a pot and add water to submerge the beef, stew until the sirloin is tender

8. Add salt, add chives before boiling
