Stewed Black Chicken Soup with American Ginseng
1.
Wash the black-bone chicken and cut into pieces.
2.
Red dates soaked, dried longan cored
3.
Red dates pitted
4.
Put black-bone chicken, red dates, and longan meat in a casserole. Add American Ginseng and Ginger Slices
5.
Add appropriate amount of water. Stamped.
6.
Stew with an electric stew pot (add appropriate amount of water and steaming rack in the electric stew pot). Press to the bones. I boiled it for about 3 hours, until the flesh was separated.
7.
Add the right amount of salt and stir well.
8.
Add a small amount of wolfberry to garnish before serving
Tips:
1. The water in the casserole is mineral water and warm water. Of course, tap water can also be used. It is important to note that the soup in the pot must be boiled.
2. Add the salt after boiling for about 2 hours.
3. Red dates, longan, etc. are better to be pitted, and it is said that pitted ones will be easier to get angry.
4. Don't put too much American ginseng at a time. If it is too much, it will become bitter. Other materials are just auxiliary materials, don't overwhelm you.
