Chestnuts, also known as chestnuts, not only contain a lot of starch, but also rich in protein, fat, B vitamins and other nutrients. They are also high in calories. They have nourishing functions for the human body. It has the effects of strengthening waist, strengthening tendons, promoting blood circulation, stopping bleeding, and reducing swelling. But don't eat too much every time. Too much raw food is difficult to digest; too much cooked food can block the gastrointestinal tract. In other words, you must not eat enough.
