Stewed Chicken Drumsticks with Mushrooms

Soak shiitake mushrooms in cold water for half an hour, then wash, squeeze out the water and set aside.

Wash the chicken legs, drain the water, put them in a large bowl, add cooking wine, thirteen incense, and salt, mix well, and marinate for 20 minutes.

Heat the wok, add edible oil, when the oil is 60% hot, add the chicken legs and fry until both sides turn yellow, remove and place in the boiling pan for later use.

In a separate pot, add a little oil, add the shiitake mushrooms and cook.

Add light soy sauce, pepper, green onion, and a pinch of salt.

Pour the mushroom soup into the pot containing the chicken drumsticks and simmer on low heat until the juice is collected.
