Stewed Chicken with Mountain Mushrooms

Wash the pine mushrooms and soak your hair.

Wash the chicken and chop into small pieces.

Pick and wash the coriander and cut into sections. Cut the green onion and ginger for later use.

Heat oil in a pot and add chicken pieces and stir fry.

Stir-fry until the chicken is white, add green onion, ginger, star anise and continue to stir-fry.

Add soy sauce to color the chicken.

Add pine mushrooms and stir fry for a while.

Add the braised sauce and stir fry evenly.

Add an appropriate amount of water to submerge the chicken, add the noodles and simmer over medium heat.

Cook until the soup is thick, add salt and mix thoroughly to collect the juice.

Add coriander and mix thoroughly before serving.
Tips:
1. Add the chicken nuggets and stir fry for a while until the chicken is 7-8 well cooked.
2. Friends who like spicy food can add appropriate amount of chili and stir fry.
