Stewed Chicken with Mushrooms

Wash the vegetarian chicken and cut into slices about one centimeter thick, and fry them in a frying pan until golden on both sides.

After removing the fried chicken, immediately put it in cold water and soak for 2 hours.

Wash the oyster mushrooms and tear them into small flowers.

Shred ginger, dice green onions, slice garlic, prepare pepper, fennel and small dried red peppers.

Put the salad oil in the pot over the heat. When the oil is 80% hot, add pepper, fennel, ginger, chopped green onion, and fragrant.

Then add the mushrooms and stir-fry evenly.

Then add the soaked vegetarian chicken.

Then pour in the pork rib soup prepared in advance. (I add more water when braising the ribs to save the soup)

Put in soy sauce.

Add small dried red peppers.

Add sugar.

Add a small amount of salt and stew until the mushrooms are cooked through.
Tips:
Put less salt, because the ribs soup already has salt.
