Cod meat is sweet and nutritious. The fish meat is relatively thick. The cooked cod fish is easy to be scattered one by one. It is not like eating locally in Qingdao. The main reason is that this fish is only ice fish, and it is rare to see fresh fish. Tips:

When stewing fish, add cooking wine and white vinegar to get rid of the fishy smell. The fishy smell of cod is more serious.
