Stewed Goose with Secret Chestnuts

Chop the goose to the proper size.

Add a small amount of beer, blanch the goose meat, and set aside.

The spices are ready.

Pour the goose and spices into the pot, add enough beer (to ensure the freshness of the goose meat), the right amount of water, and the right amount of soy sauce.
