Stewed Old Tofu with Dried Vegetables

Mince the meat and marinate for a while with salt chicken essence. Cut the garlic and leek into sections. Dice the red pepper.

Heat the pot with a little oil, put the peppercorns for a fragrance, remove the peppercorns, (if you can eat peppercorns, you don’t need to remove them) add minced garlic, minced meat, and fry them.

Put it in a small bowl first.

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and let the water open into the old tofu.

Cut the tofu into thick slices with a spatula.

Add soy sauce, sugar and salt and other seasonings.

Sprinkle a handful of dried vegetables. Slightly simmer over medium heat.

Pour the fried minced meat on top of the tofu and sprinkle with diced red pepper. Cover the pot and cook for one minute.

Sprinkle with leeks and serve.
