Stewed Pigeon Soup

Wash the main ingredients and chop large pieces.

Put the pigeon and ribs in a casserole stew, 3 slices of ginger, pour water to cover the pigeon meat in a ratio of 1:6, and simmer on high heat.

Tips:
The time to stew the soup should be determined according to the age and tenderness of the pigeon. If it is easy to poke the pigeon meat with chopsticks, the pigeon meat will be stewed and the pigeon soup can be served.
