Stewed Pigeon with Red Dates

The treated pigeon is cleaned and cut into pieces.

Prepare red dates, candied dates, and wolfberry.

Boil water in a pot, add ginger and shallots and cook for 3 minutes.

Add the pigeon meat and blanch it.

The blanched pigeon meat is put into the inner pot of the saucepan. Add red dates, candied dates and ginger.

Put a lid on the pot, turn on the power, and select the function menu.

After the stew is cooked, add the wolfberry, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Tips:
Blanch the meat with ginger and spring onion water to remove the fishy. No need to boil again.
