Stewed Pork

180g venetian leaves, 400g pork belly, 15g spring onions
5g ginger, 5g garlic, 3g dried chili
Cola 250g, salt 2g, cinnamon 2g
2g star anise, 15g light soy sauce, 15g cooking wine

Cut pork belly

Cut the louvers into rectangles, roll them up from one side, and tie them into knots for later use
