Stewed Pork Belly with Potatoes and Beans

Cut the pork belly into thin slices.

Sliced green onion and ginger.

Cut the kidney beans into small sections, cut the potatoes into pieces with a hob, and wash them with clean water.

Heat the pot, add a small amount of vegetable oil, add the pork belly and stir fry. The low heat consumes the oil.

The pork belly is curled and turned yellow, add a few drops of soy sauce and stir fry.

Add two spoons of light soy sauce and stir fry.

Add a spoon of sugar and stir fry.

Add green onion, ginger, pepper and star anise and stir fry.

Add the kidney beans and stir fry until they are completely bright green.

Add the potato pieces.

Stir fry evenly.

Add the right amount of salt to keep the green beans all the time.

Add a proper amount of water and bring to a boil on high heat until the potatoes are soft and the kidney beans are fully cooked. Turn off the heat and bring out the pot.
