Stewed Pork Ribs with Dried Beans
1.
Soak the shredded beans in cold water, and change the water more. The fungus is also soaked in cold water in advance. Unless I am in a hurry, I generally don't like to use boiling water. After washing clean, dry it for later use.
2.
The net steak I bought was more meaty. The supermarket cut it up, but it still felt big. It was all two. After washing it, it was washed with boiling water, and the water was drained for later use.
3.
Pour the oil, add green onions, ginger, aniseed, and dried chili until fragrant.
4.
After sauteing, add the ribs and stir fry. After the color changes, pour in soy sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, a little sugar, and then stir fry. The stir fry will be poured into water and stewed. After the high heat is turned on, turn to medium heat. In fact, the stewed ribs are still simmered in a pressure cooker or an electric cooker.
5.
After simmering on medium heat for 20 minutes, put the water-controlled carob shreds and fungus in the pot, add salt, and simmer on low heat. When the meat is stewed, add enough water.
6.
Simmer on low heat for another 20 minutes, then put the MSG out of the pot.
