Stewed Pork Ribs with Potatoes

Pork ribs under cold water and cook until the water boils.

Take some fat and consume until the oil is produced. (If there is no fat, you can pour the salad oil directly.)

Add green onions, ginger, and garlic.

Put in the ribs.
5.
Add vinegar and light soy sauce.
6.
Add pork rib sauce.
7.
Put the potatoes in, add proper amount of boiling water, add salt, and simmer for about an hour.
Tips:
In order not to waste the fat at home, I use the oil consumed by the fat to cook. You can just skip this step.
