Every year in my family’s New Year’s Eve dinner, ribs are indispensable. When I was young, my mother stewed ribs without adding vegetables, and a plate of pure ribs. Now my life is better, and I can’t eat so much meat. When I make ribs, I add some vegetables and dried foods to the ribs, so that the meat and vegetables are matched and the nutrition is more comprehensive.

Tips:
