Stewed Pork Ribs with Winter Melon
1.
Take out the ribs and wash them
2.
Add water to the pot and skim the scum when the pot is boiling
3.
Prepare the big ingredients and put them in the bag for later use
4.
Pour the light soy sauce, consume the oil, add the green onion and ginger, the ingredients, boil over high heat, and simmer slowly. (I used wood fire to stew in my hometown, but I didn’t use a pressure cooker, and the pork ribs were simmered slowly and tenderly)
5.
Peeled Winter Melon
6.
Cut into pieces
7.
After the ribs are simmered, pick out the sweet and sour ribs, put the remaining ribs in winter melon and simmer for a while. The winter melon is easy to rot, so it’s okay to simmer for a while (the process diagram is not taken)
8.
The stewed winter melon ribs look good and taste more delicious.
