Wash 4 small potatoes.

Peeled.

Cut into smaller hob blocks.

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot, and stir-fry ginger, dried red pepper, star anise, and peppercorns until fragrant.

Add the potato pieces and stir fry a few times.
6.
An appropriate amount of Heinz barbecue sauce.
7.
Half a bowl of boiling water, appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.
8.
Sprinkle with chopped millet pepper and chopped chives (the chives are gone, I cut a few parsley 😅)
9.
Stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat and serve.
