Stewed Potatoes with Beans

Remove the bean tendons from the beans, break them into small pieces, wash and set aside.

Cut the potatoes into strips, about the same thickness as the beans. Rinse with water and drain to remove surface starch.

Heat the pan, pour the oil, and fry the potato strips.

Fry the potatoes until slightly yellow, add the chopped green onions and stir fry.

Add the beans.

Add salt, light soy sauce, chicken essence, add appropriate amount of water, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.

Stew until the beans are soft and rotten, then turn off the heat.

Tips:
After the potatoes are cut, they must be washed with water to remove the starch on the surface, which is not easy to paste when frying.
