Stewed Potatoes with Chicken Wings

Cut the chicken wings from the middle, cut dried chili and green onion into sections, and slice garlic and ginger.

Peel and cut potatoes.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add green onion, ginger, garlic and peppercorns until fragrant.

Pour the chicken wings and stir fry until the chicken skin shrinks.

Add dried chilies and stir fry to create a fragrant aroma.

Add appropriate amount of water, add salt, oyster sauce, soy sauce, dark soy sauce and rock sugar and simmer for 15 minutes.

Add potatoes and simmer for about 20 minutes.
8.
Sprinkle a little chopped green onion out of the pot and enjoy.
