Stewed Radish with Winter Melon

Peel the winter melon, remove the flesh, wash and cut into hob pieces.

Wash dry radish and cut into hob pieces.

From the frying pan, stir the scallion and ginger into the pot and stir fragrant.

Soy sauce is fried in the pan.

Fried radish in the pot. Stir-fry evenly with appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil on high heat, and simmer. Stir fry in due course.

When dry radish is 5 or 6 minutes ripe, put winter melon into the pot and stew.

When dry radish and winter melon are 9 minutes ripe, stir-fry with salt and MSG.
8.
Heat up the soup to taste, and then serve it out of the pot.
Tips:
1. This dish is mainly flavored with sauce, and it is not advisable to add a variety of condiments.
2. Simmer and cook slowly, the dishes taste better.
3. Dry radishes are harder to ripen than winter melon, so they should be simmered for a while.
