Ever since the kids have eaten vermicelli at the classmate’s house, they have been clamoring to cook a vermicelli and eat vermicelli at home. There are some ribs, so let’s use vermicelli to cook ribs.

Stewed Ribs with Potato Vermicelli

1. Add water to the pot and add the cooking wine

2. After the water is boiled, add the ribs and blanch it
