Stewed Three Silk Soup

Wash the green radish and peel it for later use;

Wash potatoes and carrots, peel and set aside;

Shredded potatoes

Shredded carrots

Shred the green radish for later use;

Add appropriate amount of oil to the wok, add green onion, ginger, and thirteen incense until fragrant, add green radish and carrots, stir-fry, add appropriate amount of water, boil over medium heat and simmer for 5 minutes;
7.
Add potato shreds and simmer for 5 minutes, add appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, chicken essence, sprinkle with coriander and season out.
