Stewed Tofu with Sprouted Green Onions

Cut the tofu into thin slices, cut the tenderloin into thin slices, and cut a scallion into small pieces.

Cut the other sprouting green onions into oblique sections.

Raise the pot and heat oil, sauté the shallots, and put the tenderloin slices.

After the meat has turned white, add half a teaspoon of five-spice powder, a spoonful of oyster sauce, and a spoonful of light soy sauce.

After the sauce is saute, add half a bowl of water, a teaspoon of salt, and a half teaspoon of sugar, and add tofu slices after adjusting the flavor. Bring the soup to a boil, and stew tofu over medium heat.

Cook for about five minutes, add green onions at the end, add an appropriate amount of chicken essence, and mix well. The tofu is tender and tasty. Serve it on a plate.
Tips:
Adjust the taste of the soup first, it’s better to be slightly salty and cut the tofu thinly to make it tasty
