This dish uses some fresh hot peppers instead of some traditional dried red peppers. The shredded beef only needs to be lightly stir-fried. Compared with traditional dry-stir-fried beef, it is more tender and smooth and less spicy. It is very suitable for people who can't eat spicy food and have some deviations in their teeth but want to relieve their gluttony. "

Stir Beef Shreds

1. Cut the beef into thin strips.

2. Add dry starch and stir well.

3. Put the oil in the pot, heat it to 180 degrees, and spread the shredded pork.

4. Remove the drain oil.

5. Cut the prepared dried red pepper into sections, and shred the fresh red and green peppers.

6. Pour out the oil of the slippery beef, leave a little base oil in the pan, add the dried red pepper and saute until fragrant.

7. Add beef shreds and stir-fry, add sugar, soy sauce, and salt and stir-fry well.

8. Pour in the green and red pepper shreds and stir-fry quickly, add the pepper oil, and stir well.

Tips:

When slicing beef, the oil pan should not be too high, so as not to fry hard and get old. If you like, you can add more dried red peppers, and some celery segments are also good.
