I like to eat asparagus the most!

Stir-fried Asparagus

1. Wash the asparagus, cut off the old part of the root, and cut the tender part with an oblique blade

2. The old part, in the fine tradition of diligence and frugality, is peeled off with a paring knife and cut into oblique blades. After peeling off the outer skin, it is still very tender.

3. Add oil in a hot pan and stir-fry the dried chilies until it tastes spicy

4. Add asparagus

5. Stir fry and add a spoonful of salt evenly

6. Add a little light soy sauce to taste, I don’t use chicken essence and MSG, so I use light soy sauce

7. After stir-frying evenly, you can get out of the pan
