Stir-fried Bacon with Celery

Boil the bacon in a pot under cold water until it is soft and set aside.

Vegetables are ready for use

Cut the bacon into thin slices, cut the onion, ginger, and garlic and set aside.

Boil in a frying pan until it is about six mature, fry the chives, ginger, garlic and bacon.
7.
Pour celery over high heat and continue to stir and stir fry.

Add a little salt, a little light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly out of the pan.

Tips:
The bacon is hard, and a lot of salt is added when marinating, but less salt is added during the frying process.
