Stir-fried Bacon with Chinese Chives

1. Slice the bacon, cut the chives into sections, and shred the chili.

2. From the frying pan, saute the ginger garlic and stir-fry the bacon.

3. Add shredded chili, chives, salt and light soy sauce to taste.

4. Stir-fry, just add some chicken essence to taste before starting the pan.
