Stir-fried Bacon with Dried Radish

Prepare the ingredients. If the bacon is too salty, you can cook it in water in advance and then slice it. You can make your own dried Luopu, method: white radish, peeled, cut into long pieces, put salt and dry water. Soak in clear water when eating.

Add oil and sauté the ginger and garlic.

Pour in the dried radish and millet pepper and stir-fry for one to two minutes until the dried radish is slightly browned.

Pour in the bacon and stir fry for a minute

Add a little water, cover and simmer over medium heat for three to five minutes.

Add dried chili and stir fry before starting the pan. If you like, you can add some green peppers and stir fry.
