Stir-fried Bacon with Garlic Moss

Peel the carrots and slice them, and cut the garlic moss for later use.

Dice ginger, garlic and set aside the bacon and cut into thin slices.

Boil in a frying pan until it matures. Add corn oil and saute garlic and ginger. Stir-fry bacon over high heat.

Pour in vegetables and continue to stir-fry.
5.
Add a little boiled water to high heat and continue to stir-fry.
6.
Add a little light soy sauce and salt.
7.
Cover the pot and let it simmer for a while before it comes out of the pot.

Enjoy it slowly!
