Stir-fried Bacon with Sand Tea and Garlic Moss
1.
Prepare the condiments. Use fatter bacon slices and put them in a dry pot. Stir oil over low heat. The lean bacon with garlic moss does not taste good.
2.
After the oil comes out, push the meat to the side, sauté the garlic and ginger in the middle, add the chili and dried bean curd, then add some cooking wine and stir fry with the bacon, let the flames rush into the pot and smell. Add garlic moss, sugar, and a tablespoon of light soy sauce and continue to stir fry.
3.
At this time, add a tablespoon of shacha sauce and continue to fry, and it will be out of the pot in about a minute.
4.
I am not accustomed to putting salt and chicken essence, the seasoning is enough. Of course you can add half a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar to make your taste buds twitch-like impulses!
Tips:
1. Do not use the kind with more lean meat for bacon.
2. Don't put the shacha sauce too early to fry, otherwise the original fragrance will be reduced.
