Stir-fried Bacon with Winter Bamboo Shoots

Garlic, ginger, diced bacon, sliced into thin slices and set aside.

Boil in a frying pan until it matures, pour in corn oil, fry garlic and ginger, pour in bacon and continue to stir fry.

Pour in winter bamboo shoots and continue to stir-fry on high heat. In the process, continue to add boiling water on high heat, stir-fry for 5 minutes and finally add a little salt, and stir-fry the light soy sauce evenly.
