Stir-fried Bamboo Shoots with Lean Meat

Prepare the lean meat and bamboo shoots.

Wash the bamboo shoots and cut into proper shreds. Wash and shred ginger.

Slice the lean meat, add salt, ginger, light soy sauce, pepper, cooking wine, gorgon powder, and oil to a bowl and marinate for 10 minutes.
