One day I made some char siu pork in the oven, and I felt that I made the char siu pork by myself. I can eat it without worrying about the pigment. Add some green peppers to the grilled barbecued pork, which is a good appetizer.

Stir-fried Barbecued Pork with Green Pepper

1. Grilled char siu pork

2. Several green peppers

3. Slice the barbecued pork, shred the green pepper, and cut some garlic slices

4. Stir-fry the barbecued pork first

5. Stir fry

6. Move to the side of the pot, add green peppers, garlic slices, salt and stir well

7. Stir fry again

8. Sprinkle with chicken essence, pour some light soy sauce
