Stir-fried Bean Curd with Green Pepper

Cut the tofu skin into one-centimeter-wide strips.

Boil it in boiling water.

Sheng out and spare.

Remove the seeds of the green pepper, wash and cut into shreds.

Add oil in a hot pan and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
