Stir-fried Bean Sprouts with Leek

Wash the bean sprouts and set aside

Wash the leek and cut into sections
3.
Heat the pot and add an appropriate amount of salad oil;
4.
Pour in the chopped leeks and stir-fry evenly;
5.
Then add bean sprouts and continue to stir fry evenly;
6.
Add salt, soy sauce and pepper and stir fry evenly;
7.
Stir-fry for about three minutes to get out of the pot.
Tips:
Don't stir-fry the vegetables for too long. If they are too long, they will lose their taste and the taste will not be good.
