Stir-fried Bean Tendons with Plum Beans

Ingredients: Meidou (picked and washed), bean tendon (soaked).

Pour the picked and washed plum beans into a pot of water, blanch until cooked, remove.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the blanched plum beans and the soaked bean tendons, stir fry.
