Stir-fried Beans

Wash the beans and cut into small pieces.

Set aside with green pepper and minced garlic.
3.
Stir-fry the beans in a frying pan with 80% heat.
4.
During the frying process, add a little water to prevent frying, add little by little, then add salt, and stir-fry for about three minutes.
5.
Out of the pot.
