Stir-fried Beans with Green Peppers

1. 1. After washing the ingredients, remove the scallops, remove the stalks of the green peppers, slice the ginger, and cut the dried red peppers into sections for later use.

2. Add water to the pot, blanch the beans, remove and drain.

3. When the oil is hot, stir-fry the ginger and dried red peppers on low heat to create a fragrant flavor. Turn to high heat and pour in the green peppers and stir-fry for a few times. Then add the beans and stir-fry.

Tips:

1. The beans must be blanched and eaten. If you don't want to boil them, you can fry them directly, but they should be simmered with water in the middle. If you want to eat crispy, add vinegar first, and then other seasonings.
2. For those who want to eat crispy green peppers, put them before the dishes are cooked.
