Stir-fried Beans with Olive Vegetables

Wash the beans, remove the stems and silk and set aside

Dice lean meat, add soy sauce, and salt for preparation.

The olive vegetable is ready.

Cut the beans into fine cubes and dice the carrots

Heat the pan, put the oil, add the ginger and garlic and saute, add the carrots and stir fry. Carrots are harder to ripen

Add the snap beans and stir fry.
7.
Add diced meat and stir fry
8.
Add olive vegetables. Stir well and adjust the taste.
9.
Serve on a plate.
Tips:
1. Carrots are harder to cook, so they must be fried first.
2. The olive vegetable itself has oil and salt. When adding salt, try the taste first, so as not to be too salty.
