Stir-fried Beef Brisket with Hericium

Ingredients: 2 fresh Hericium edodes, 430g beef, half red sweet pepper, half yellow sweet pepper, 1 small piece of ginger, 1 clove of garlic Seasoning: 1 tablespoon of lard, 1 tablespoon of steamed fish drum oil, raw 1 tablespoon, salt, and MSG

Wash the hericium and sweet peppers, cut them and set aside

Tips:
1. Some Hericium erinaceus will be bitter, soak it in water for 15 minutes before removing and washing;
2. The taste of this dish must be very light. Hericium erinaceus can absorb the taste very well. If you accidentally put too much salt, it will be very salty;
3. Cut the Hericium erinaceus into larger pieces, and the water will become smaller when they are fried;
4. It can absorb water, so remember to squeeze out the water.
