My favorite meal when I was young! Capers can be fried with meat or vegetarian! "

Stir-fried Beef Jerky with Capers

1. Soak the beef jerky, cut into pieces and set aside!

2. Chili, garlic and ginger chopped for later use

3. Wash the capers and set aside! You can buy other sauerkraut instead of the homemade capers, cut into pieces!

4. Start cooking oil, add garlic and ginger and stir fragrant!

5. Stir fry the beef!

6. Stir fry in the chili!

7. Add tamarind beans and salt and stir-fry evenly, add light soy sauce, and stir-fry chili powder evenly! (It's too dry to get some water)

8. finished.

Tips:

The beef jerky used here is marinated by itself. Because of the weather, the marinating time is a little bit salty, so when the beef jerky is fried, it will be soaked in advance! One is to get rid of the salty taste, and the other is to make it soft so that it can be diced! If it is the beef jerky you bought, you can handle it yourself, wash it, and slice and fry the sauerkraut.
