Stir-fried Beef Tenderloin with Garlic Stalks

1. Wash the garlic sprouts and cut into sections, and cut the carrots into strips for later use

2. Cut beef into thick strips, add pepper, salt, sugar, light soy sauce, meat tenderizer, and oil, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes

3. Put the beef tenderloin in the hot oil in the pan and fry until the color changes

4. Heat the garlic sprouts and carrots in a pot and stir fry for about 3 minutes (the garlic sprouts are so tender and easy to cook)

5. Put the cooked beef tenderloin into the pot and stir-fry the garlic sprouts evenly, adjust a little soy sauce, stir fry, and then serve.

6. Fresh and refreshing, very delicious, simple to prepare.
