Stir-fried Beef with Bitter Melon

Wash and cut the bitter gourd and beef in the main ingredients. (The thinner the beef is cut, the better)

Prepare black tempeh with garlic and cut red pepper into pieces.

Add Haitian soybean paste, appropriate amount of pepper, a small amount of salt, two spoons of thick water starch to the beef slices, and mix well.
