Stir-fried Beef with Cumin and Garlic-unique Delicacy

Thaw the beef slices, add appropriate amount of soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, pepper powder, and marinate for 20 minutes.

Prepare the garlic and split it one by one. The reason for not peeling is that it is not easy to paste during frying. Rinse it with water and dry it.

Cut green onion, dry red pepper, prepare chili powder and cumin powder.
