Stir-fried Beef with Pickled Cucumbers

Shred pickled cucumbers, mince green onion, ginger and garlic.

Shred beef and marinate with a little starch and salt.

Put the shredded beef in the hot oil and fry until the color changes, add some soy sauce, and fry the color.

After the beef is colored, add the onion, ginger, and garlic until fragrant.

Add shredded pickled cucumbers, add appropriate amount of salt, chicken powder, and pepper, stir-fry well, then serve.
Tips:
1 If pickles are too sour, soak them in water for a while.
2 Put less starch in the corned beef, mine just put a lot of it with a shake of the hand, the fried dish is too sticky, but the taste is very good!
