Stir-fried Beef with Potatoes
1.
Cut the beef into thin slices, remember to cross-cut with the pattern, add sweet potato flour, salt, and oil to mix.
2.
Cut the potatoes into cubes. If you don’t want it to stick to the pan, you can soak in clean water and heat the pan with a little bit more oil, half-fried.
3.
Stir-fry until golden brown
4.
Add appropriate amount of water and simmer for a while
5.
The water is almost simmered
6.
Add beef and stir fry
7.
Add a little soy sauce, seasoning and toning, and stir quickly evenly
8.
Too dry, add some boiling water and stir fry
9.
Cooked, turn off the heat, out of the pot
Tips:
Stir-fry beef can almost turn off the heat, because the remaining temperature of the pan will continue to heat up, and if the beef is fried too much, the beef will be tough and not very tasty
