Stir-fried Belly Slices with Leek
1.
Cut the leek into sections, slice the cooked pork belly, and prepare the green onion, ginger, and chili.
2.
Heat the pan and pour the oil, and sauté the green onion, ginger and chili.
3.
Stir fry the pork belly.
4.
Add the leeks and stir fry in one minute.
5.
Stir-fry until the leeks are slightly soft, add light soy sauce, a little salt, a few drops of vinegar, and black pepper, and stir-fry evenly.
6.
Then out of the pot. Fresh fragrance.
Tips:
1. Leeks are easy to be cooked and do not need to be fry for too long. Stir fry in a short time to ensure the color and taste.
2. If the pork belly itself is salty, do not add salt after the light soy sauce. Mine is original, so after adding a little light soy sauce, I pinched a little salt.
